This week’s class was fun. I liked listening to the different ideas for fundraising. I think it will be interesting actually getting people to participate in the tournament and donate money. It is cool how we are doing a big group donation event together while also doing an individual team event also. I look forward to the next class to see how many people others have convinced to participate in the event.

Last week I enjoyed sharing out what we had in our brown bags. It was interesting to see what everybody had. I especially liked Amber’s dream rock, Kristina’s passion for education and Jamie’s love for golf. It’s cool how everybody had their own opinion on what’s most important in their life. I think that this program is educational and can help me in life.

This week’s class was fun. I enjoyed being separated into smaller groups and sharing the unique items that were important to us. I also thought it was amusing trying to think of a team name because the different names we thought of were  strange and laughable. I believe it will be interesting researching organizations that support fighting for our concern and I am excited to attend the next meeting we have.

Today’s class was great. I thought it was cool that the adults are GUIDING us, but not doing the things FOR us. It really lets us learn how to do things in groups. We just picked team names and me, Amir, and Aleighna’s team name is “The Underdogs” I think its creative because we are funding animal care. Overall, I had a great time!
