A couple of things I found surprising was that the speakers were prepared and knew the answers to every question that they were asked without asking someone else or checking a sheet. I also found it surprising how recently each organization slightly changed.

I liked the MAD card exercise because we got to look at a bunch of topics that we don’t usually think about and narrow it down to just three and we get to think about what we really care about. I enjoyed the brown bag exercise because we got to learn about the other members in our group before we get to work with them.
