This week we learned how to make a cold call. I feel like I learned a lot from Yale actually making a real phone call on speaker in class, the whole class got involved. For this week I had to make a cold call of my own but unfortunately the first charity I called was filing for bankruptcy. Hopefully I’ll have better luck with the next one.

Week 2 was an exciting week for me.  We were put into groups based on our interests and luckily I was put in a group where everyone meshed well. We are now working on brainstorming ideas for fundraisers and looking for eligible charities, and I think the work was divided up well between the group.
